We go to turn down the bed and there is a long brown pillow in the middle of the bed for decoration. I noticed it was not a pillow that has a case on it and how do they keep them cleaned in between use? After saying it we noticed the white stains on it. The stains were facing away from us towards the other pillows. Bed 2 had the same soiled brown pillow. We were then given another room the head housekeeper cleans
First let me say the front desk night person was super helpful. With that said we had a bathroom that had urine on the back of the toilet seat and down to the floor. We asked to have it cleaned and the desk person came and cleaned it asap and apologized. The explanation was the hotel has new employees that do not clean well.
Such nice staff and such a good price, beatiful place! We will definitely be coming back!
We received a twenty dollar reduction on our bill for the inconvenience. We will not be staying there again nor will we recommend it to others. Shame on the hotel for knowingly having such a serious problem with staff and not fixing it asap.
Much better room but again bathroom had a soiled seat. We cleaned it ourselves.
The staff is extremely friendly, rooms are really nice, lake in walking distance, the only downside is food choices nearby
Customer service was great. Room was clean and neat. Also have a hot tub and pool which is nice to be able to relax.
My wife and I went there last year for our Anniversary. Had the best time of our life!! Swam in the pool, soaked in the whirlpool, went for a long walk!! Went out for Dinner. Had breakfast the next morning. Never had a problem the whole day. Would recommend staying there!! Staff was very friendly!!
